Tomas is a Licensed Professional Counselor, an Army veteran, and a PhD candidate in the Counselor Education program at the Ohio State University. Tomas is dedicated to supporting and advocating for military service members, first responders, and men’s mental health. Tomas believes in a holistic approach to therapy, viewing it as a collaborative effort where the client and therapist work together to achieve meaningful growth and change.

Utilizing evidence-based interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral (DBT), he emphasizes self-reflection, understanding, and self-care. Tomas aims to empower clients to develop the skills and insights needed to overcome challenges and lead fulfilling lives.
