The Parent's Circle
Parents of children ages 5 to 18 are welcome to join us for a collaborative experience, where parents can navigate the unique challenges of raising school-aged children and teenagers. The group’s overarching goal is to empower parents to raise confident, healthy, and well-adjusted children while strengthening their own sense of confidence and well-being. Together, we will:
1. Foster Connection: A community to share experiences and feel less isolated in the parenting journey.
2. Provide Guidance: The group will be facilitated by trained therapists, with evidenced-based strategies on developmental milestones, behavioral challenges, and effective parenting ideas.
3. Address Modern Issues: Equip parents to handle contemporary challenges such as social media, mental health, academic pressures, peer relationships, and technology use.
Cost: $40/session (self pay) or insurance accepted after pre-screening appointment
Location: Westerville location of Central Ohio Wellness Collective
Duration: 8 consecutive weeks, beginning in May 2025

Holding the Line
Holding the Line Support Group is designed specifically for partners of police officers, firefighters, paramedics, and other emergency responders. The group intends to offer a supportive, confidential community to connect with other spouses who understand your experiences. particularly the emotional toll of supporting someone in such a high stress profession. We will share insights, reduce isolation, garner coping strategies and build meaningful relationships.
Co-led by licensed therapists, this group addresses topics like communication, stress management, secondary trauma and more! All spouses and partners of first responders are welcome!
Cost: most insurances accepted, after pre-screen appointment; or $40/session (self pay)
Location: Westerville location of Central Ohio Wellness Collective
Duration: 7 consecutive weeks, beginning in February 2025
