We Offer An Independent Contractor Structure

• As an independent contractor, you have increased independence, autonomy and control over your schedule and work-life balance

• You are able to establish and build your own individual practice while benefiting from shared resources

Freedom and Flexibility

• We encourage our therapists to create schedules that work best for them; in-person, virtual and hybrid arrangements are all supported

• There are no requirements for minimum amount of office hours or availability, nor do we enforce productivity requirements

Control Your Income

• We utilize a fair split of billable clinical hours for our non-independently licensed clinicians.  

• Split is determined based on your needs, so you won't pay for services or resources that you don't need

• Our leadership team consists of both LPCC-S and LISW-S therapists who are able to provide clinical supervision and consultation, as needed
